Admissions to the 6 new IIMs to be organized by IIM(U)

The cloud of confusion over admission procedure at the six new proposed Indian Institute of Management (IIMs) seems to be clearing. The responsibilty to coordinate the admission process is likely to be put on Indian Institute of Management, Udaipur (IIM-U).

IIM-U is already holding personal interviews and written ability tests for the proposed IIMs at Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra and Punjab.

IIM-U is also responsible and is coordinating the admission process of six new IIMs at Kashipur, Ranchi, Raipur, Rohtak, Trichy and Udaipur.

As some of the new IIMs aren’t yet ready with their campuses,  a few of the mentor IIMs have come forward to commence academic activities from their campuses to promote the proposed IIMs.
