Bengaluru, February 27, 2025 – The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has officially announced the commencement of its recruitment drive for 1,161 Constable/Tradesmen positions. For skilled trades such as Barber, Boot Maker/Cobbler, Tailor, Cook, Carpenter, Mali, Painter, Charge Mechanic, Washerman, Welder, Electrician, and Motor Pump Attendant, preference will be given to those with Industrial Training Institute (ITI) training. For unskilled trades like Sweeper, Matriculation or its equivalent is required.

Selection Process: The selection process will include a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standards Test (PST), Documentation, Trade Test, Written Exam, and Medical Examination. These stages will be conducted at various recruitment centers across the country3.
