Alliance University Celebrates 13th Convocation, Honors 1,145 Graduates

Bengaluru, December 23, 2024 – Alliance University, a leading private university in South India, recently hosted its 13th Convocation ceremony. The event marked a significant milestone for 1,145 graduates who received degrees in various disciplines, including undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs.

The ceremony was graced by esteemed dignitaries, including:

• His Excellency Shri PS Sreedharan Pillai, Governor of Goa, as the Chief Guest.
• Shri Basavaraj Shivalingappa Horatti, Chairman of the Karnataka Legislative Council, as the Guest of Honor.
• Shri Priyank Mallikarjun Kharge, Minister for Rural Development & Panchayat Raj, IT & BT, Government of Karnataka, as the Guest of Honor.
• Dr. G. Satheesh Reddy, Chairman, Aeronautical Development Agency, as the Guest of Honor.

During the convocation, honorary doctorates were conferred upon His Excellency Shri PS Sreedharan Pillai, Padma Bhushan Dr. VK Saraswat, Padma Shri Anju Bobby George, and Shri Prakash Rao, in recognition of their exceptional contributions to their respective fields.
