The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has invited applications from candidates who have appeared for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for admission to under-graduate medical and dental seats. While the CBSE will announce the ranks, the KEA will conduct counselling and allot seats to candidates based on the NEET merit list.
As per a press release by KEA, candidates who have applied and appeared only for NEET will have to register and enter all the details on a link provided on the KEA website between June 3 and 8.
Although NEET is the only entrance exam for medical and dental courses across the country, many candidates have registered for both CET and NEET. Such candidates will have to enter the roll number and registration number of NEET 2017 online by selecting the appropriate link on the KEA website. The release also said that such candidates need not pay the fees or fill an application form again.
Document verification
Document verification for the Common Entrance Test will commence on June 5 in 16 help centres across the State. Candidates can log on to the website to view their document verification schedule.
