Azim Premji University, Bangalore has released an admission notification, inviting interested, eligible candidates to apply for its three-year full-time Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) offered in Physics or Biology, Economics, Humanities and one-year Master of Laws (LL.M) in Law and Development for the commencing academic year 2016 to 2017.
Eligibility criteria
Educational qualification:
B.A/B.Sc programmes: Those interested in applying should be holding a Class 12/ pre university certificate from any recognised indian board or any valid international certificate equivalent to Class 12 with minimum 50 percent marks.
Those appearing for their final examinations by June 2016 are also eligible to apply.
LL.M programme: Those interested in applying should be holding a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B. 3 years/5 years) from a recognised university in India or abroad.
Selection procedure:
B.A/B.Sc programmes: A written test that will assess the English language capacities and quantitative capacities will be first conducted for the candidates. Shortlisted candidates will be then called for a personal interview.
LL.M programme: The candidates are required to submit their rank and test scores for any one of the exams: CLAT, AILET, LSAT. Those who will be shortlisted will be called for a personal interview.
