The Higher Education Department has extended the odd-semester end dates for undergraduate and postgraduate courses in 25 state public universities. This gives everyone extra time to complete the syllabus without stress.

- Colleges: 440 government degree colleges + affiliated colleges
- Universities: All 25 state public universities
New Semester-End Dates (Examples)
- University of Mysore: November 22, 2025
- Bangalore University, Karnataka University Dharwad, Kuvempu University, Tumkur University, Davangere University and others: Mid-November to early December 2025
