Canadian International School to host a unique Teaching and Learning Conference – TeachConX

Annual Teaching and Learning Conference

The Canadian International School (CIS), Bangalore, is pleased to announce a unique Teaching and Learning Conference, TeachConX, to be held on February 14 and 15, 2020 at its campus at Yelahanka. The event will feature professional learning opportunity through the 3Cs of learning – Conceptual Understanding, Competencies and Character. TeachConX will also explore and discuss ideas on integrating technology into the classroom and includes classroom visits, presentations and hands-on sessions led by one-of-a-kind experienced educators.

The program will have a variety of hands-on workshops in which participants will also get to experience and learn about education technology, web-based technology ideas, design thinking, robotics, supporting all learners, maker space and literacy in education among other topics. Versatile personalities like Suzie Boss (Project-based Learning), Shabbi Luthra (Design Thinking), Peggy Sood (Elementary Literacy and Classroom Management), and Kevin Crouch (Digital Citizenship and Leadership) will train and share their expertise with the participants.
