Canadian International School to host Inter-school golf tournament

Bangalore, January 17, 2024: Canadian International School (CIS) will be hosting The CIS 9th Annual Interschool Golf Tournament on February 7, 2024 at Prestige Augusta Golf Village, Horamavu, North Bangalore. The tournament is open to students aged 6 to 18. Participation is limited to 48 slots, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon registration.

The competition will be divided into five categories: Category A: 15 – 18 yrs, Category B: 13 – 15 yrs, Category C: 11 – 13 yrs, Category D: 09 – 11 yrs, Category E: 06 – 09 yrs. The format of the game would be 18 Holes Stroke Play for Categories A, B, C, and D while it will be 12 Holes Stroke Play for Category E.

Every year, junior golfers from various schools in and around Karnataka compete in this prestigious tournament. The Annual Golf tournament is a marquee event at CIS. Over the years, the competition has also witnessed participation from schools across India.
