Career counselling sessions in 11 centres

Career choices can be daunting! Get the right perspective from the right people. The Hindu is back with its annual career counselling and guidance sessions to lend a helping hand to students.

Head to the nearest venue of our free counselling sessions to have your doubts cleared from the experts.

From subject experts who will tell you the ‘what’ and ‘how’ of courses that interest you, to officials of examination-conducting bodies who will guide you through the counselling and seat allotment process, The Hindu EducationPlus Career Counselling 2015 will be your one-stop shop for career-related queries.

The counselling sessions will be held in 11 centres.

Like every year, officials of the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) and the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMED-K) will be making presentations and answering queries on the counselling process for students who have written the Common Entrance Test and/or the Undergraduate Entrance Test.

In addition, general education experts, as well as subject experts from medicine and engineering, will be accessible to students to gain clarity on the options available in these streams.

Handbook

As is the case each year, students will take home a free copy of ‘The Nxt Step’, our handbook, which boasts of well-researched articles charting trends and helping you plan your next step. The Hindu EducationPlus invites students in Classes 10, 11 and 12 and Pre-University Courses, as well as their parents, to the programme.
