3. New Penalties for Violations: The guidelines introduce stringent penalties under the Unfair Means Act. Students caught using electronic devices or spreading rumors to disrupt the examination process will face severe consequences. Their exams for the current year and the next across all subjects will be canceled, significantly affecting their academic journey.
4. Responsibilities of School Officials: School principals and heads are entrusted with the task of briefing exam officials about their duties to maintain the integrity of the exams. Additionally, they must remind students about the importance of exam ethics on the day of the exam.
5. Enhanced Surveillance with CCTV: To deter any unfair practices, all examination rooms will be equipped with CCTV cameras. Assistant Superintendents will monitor these cameras in real-time, ensuring a transparent and fair examination process.
