The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has officially commenced the registration process for the Undergraduate Entrance Test (UGET) 2026 for admission to engineering courses. COMEDK UGET is conducted annually for students seeking admission to undergraduate engineering programmes offered by member institutions across Karnataka.
According to the official notification, the COMEDK UGET 2026 examination will be held on May 9, 2026. The test will be conducted in a computer-based format at designated centres across the country.
The entrance test serves as a key admission gateway for engineering aspirants aiming to secure seats in private unaided engineering colleges affiliated with COMEDK.
Candidates who have passed or are appearing for the Class 12 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) as compulsory subjects are eligible to apply. Applicants must meet the minimum academic requirements specified in the information brochure.
