Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has invited applications from eligible candidates for the post of Scientist/Engineer SC. The interested candidates can apply latest by March 7.

Name of the post: Scientist/Engineer SC in level 10 of pay matrix to the young graduate in the following engineering disciplines:

• Electronics: 42
• Mechanical: 36
• Computer Science: 9

Eligibility criteria:

Educational qualification:

The candidates should have acquired a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE) or Bachelor’s degree in Technology (BTech) form  a recognised university or institute.

Age limit:

The maximum age of the candidates should be 35 years as on March 7. Age relaxation would be provided to the candidates as per the government rules.

Selection procedure:

The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the written test conducted on May 7 at 12 centres, i.e. Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, New Delhi and Thiruvananthapuram.

Pay scale:

The candidates will get a consolidated salary of Rs 56,100 per month.
