Bengaluru, Feb 5, 2026:
The 7th edition of the EDNXT Education Summit began in Bengaluru today and brought together policymakers, school heads, college leaders, and education technology experts to discuss the future of learning in India. The summit focuses on how artificial intelligence, inclusive access, and skill-oriented education can transform classrooms and institutions.
Government officials and academic leaders met to exchange ideas on policy implementation and institutional reforms. They discussed ways to align education systems with emerging technologies while ensuring equal learning opportunities for students from diverse backgrounds.
Speakers stressed the need for collaboration between public institutions and private stakeholders to build a strong and sustainable education ecosystem.
Sessions highlighted the expanding role of artificial intelligence in education. Experts explained how AI tools can personalize learning, reduce administrative work, and help teachers monitor student progress more efficiently.
They also cautioned against misuse of technology and called for proper training for educators to ensure responsible use of AI in classrooms.
Participants emphasized the importance of closing the digital divide and delivering quality education to students in rural and economically weaker areas. They proposed blended learning models, affordable digital infrastructure, and community learning centers to improve outreach.
The summit also promoted multilingual and culturally sensitive learning content.
Education leaders underlined the need to link academic programs with industry requirements. They encouraged institutions to introduce practical training, internships, and project-based learning into curricula.
According to speakers, students must develop not only subject knowledge but also problem-solving, communication, and digital skills.
Education technology companies and startups displayed tools for virtual classrooms, digital assessments, and interactive learning. These innovations aim to offer institutions scalable and cost-effective teaching solutions.
The summit will conclude with recommendations on responsible AI use, improved access to education, and stronger skill development frameworks. Organizers said the discussions will help shape future education policies and institutional practices across the country.
The multi-day event highlights Bengaluru’s role as a growing center for education innovation and digital learning.
