With the torrential rains creating an unprecedented disaster in the state, GoAir has moved to help alleviate the problems faced by passengers to and from Cochin and other parts of the state. Impacted passengers to and from Cochin are not being charged additional fees or cancellation charges keeping in mind the current situation.
Passengers that have currently booked flights to and from COK are being informed the change through social media network, company website and intimation through email, SMS and its customer service helpline. Keeping in mind the current weather problem in the state, GoAir is taking great care to ensure provision of every possible alternative and options to passengers who
are prebooked to and from COK.
The special flights to Trivandrum will commence from 20th Aug, 2018 through to 26th Aug, 2018.
