The ICSE results 2017 will not be announced today (May 15th 2017), as was assumed, based on last years dates.
The news of ICSE results 2017 to be declared today, has made lakhs of students and their parents restless. The ongoing reports about the result declaration has added up the eagerness, excitement and anxiety of students. The reports of ICSE result declaration was based on the previous year stats and the update given by certain schools affiliated to ICSE.
Latest Update: “Forty eight hours prior to declaration of ICSE and ISC 2017 Examination Results, a notification regarding the same will be put up on the Council’s website www.cisce.org”
As of now, the Board has confirmed that ICSE result is not coming today. The Board has urged students and parents to check for official update at cisce.org.
The council officials we talked to told NDTV that, the results are not expected today and also asked to check for the updates from the official website.
This year the exam was delayed after the Election Commission of India declared elections to five assemblies; Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Goa and Manipur. Due to this, the exam which was supposed to begin on 27 February was rescheduled for 10 March. Likewise, the last date of the exam shifted and the exam concluded on 21 April.
A total of 176327 students had registered for the exam this year.
