IGNOU Opens Registration for June 2025 Term-End Examinations

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has officially commenced the registration process for the June 2025 Term-End Examinations (TEE). Students enrolled in Open and Distance Learning (ODL) and online programs can now submit their applications through the university’s official portal, ignou.ac.in.

Key Dates and Deadlines

The registration window opened on March 14, 2025, and will remain active until April 20, 2025, without any late fees. However, students who miss this deadline can still apply by paying a late fee of ₹1,100. The exams are scheduled to take place from June 2 to June 11, 2025, in both pen-and-paper and computer-based test (CBT) formats.

Application Process

To apply, candidates must log in to the Samarth platform at ignou.samarth.edu.in and complete the application form. A fee of ₹200 per theory or practical exam is applicable. Students are also required to create an Academic Bank of Credit (ABC) ID during the application process. Failure to do so may result in delays in the declaration of results, as grades will not be reflected in DigiLocker or the ABC system.

Exam Centers and Hall Tickets

While students can select their preferred exam centers during registration, IGNOU reserves the right to allocate alternate centers if the chosen ones are full. Hall tickets will be available for download approximately one week before the exams commence.

Programs and Practical Exams

The TEE will cover a wide range of programs, including Master of Science in Mathematics with Applications in Computer Science (MSc-MACS), Master of Science in Information Security (MSc-IS), and Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Software Technology (PGDAST). Practical exams will also be conducted for courses like Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and Certificate in Mobile Application Development (CMAD).

Students are advised to complete their registrations promptly to avoid last-minute hassles. For more details, visit the official IGNOU website.
