Baking, pastry programme
Kendall College of Culinary Arts, USA, invites applications for its Baking and Pastry programme. This six-quarter course involves chocolate and confectionery classes and wedding cake sessions. Students would be trained under Michelin recommended fine-dining restaurants to provide them with on-shore training.
High school graduates who are at least 18 years old with a Scholastic Aptitude Test score of 1290 or higher can apply. English language requirements are as follows — TOEFL 71 (internet-based) or IELTS 5.5. Apply by June 1, 2015. BSc in Speech & Hearing
National Institute of Speech and Hearing, Thiruvananthapuram, is offering a BSc in speech and hearing. It also offers Master of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology which is affiliated to the University of Kerala and recognised by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
