Vision and Goals
KWIN City is envisioned as a world-class healthcare and medical innovation hub, focusing on medical research, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and cutting-edge healthcare services. The project aims to attract investments in R&D, diagnostics, and medical technology, contributing to Karnataka’s healthcare industry1. With Karnataka’s healthcare market expanding at an annual growth rate of 22%, the demand for high-quality medical services is rising, and KWIN City is set to become a gateway for medical tourism.
The city will also focus on sustainability, with plans for a solar farm covering 465 acres to generate approximately 0.69 million MWh of energy, fully meeting the city’s energy needs. An advanced rainwater harvesting system will address 50% of the city’s water requirements, supplemented by borewell water for an additional 20%.
Economic Impact
KWIN City is expected to attract significant investments and create vast employment opportunities for local residents. The project aims to position Karnataka as a global leader in technology and education, fostering a highly skilled workforce and driving economic growth.
