Last Call for Karnataka’s Medical Dreamers: Report to Your Allotted College by Midnight, October 30, 2025!

Hey, future doctors and dentists of Karnataka! If you’ve been holding your breath since the Round 3 seat allotment results dropped on October 18, it’s time to exhale—and move. Today, October 30, 2025, is the absolute final deadline to physically report to your allotted medical college for MBBS or BDS seats. Miss it, and poof—your seat vanishes forever. No extensions, no sob stories, no second chances.

I’m breaking this down blog-style so you don’t miss a single step. Let’s dive in.

What’s Happening Right Now?

The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has wrapped up Round 3 of NEET-UG 2025 counseling. That means:

  • 11,248 MBBS seats
  • 3,678 BDS seats

…across government, private, and deemed colleges in the state are either filled—or about to be surrendered by the clock striking midnight.

The reporting window opened on October 20, and it slams shut at 11:59 PM tonight. Virtual reporting? Not allowed for state quota. You must show up in person.

Round 3 By the Numbers (Quick Snapshot)

CategoryMBBS FilledBDS FilledVacant (est.)

Fun (or scary) fact: General category cutoff for government MBBS dropped to Rank 18,450—down from 15,320 in Round 2. Competition just got real.

What Happens If You Miss Today?
