National Law School Admission Tests to be held for 3 year ll b Masters in Public Policy PhD Programmes

The National Law School of India University (NLSIU) in Bangalore is set to conduct the National Law School Admission Test (NLSAT) for the academic year 2024-25. This all-India entrance examination is scheduled to be held on March 17, 2024, from 10 AM to 12:30 PM at various test centers across the country.

Programmes Offered

  1. 3-Year LL.B. (Hons): This postgraduate professional degree programme is open to graduates from all disciplines. It is a qualifying degree for admission to legal practice and is structured around interdisciplinary study of the law combined with experiential learning.
  2. Master’s Programme in Public Policy: This two-year interdisciplinary programme focuses on the interface between policy and the law. It provides comprehensive training in designing public policies for complex societal problems, translating policies into deliverable programmes, and evaluating the efficacy of policies.
  3. Ph.D. (Law): This programme is designed for candidates with a background in law to pursue their doctoral work in any domain of the law. It offers an opportunity for candidates to teach or participate in ongoing research at NLSIU.
  4. Ph.D. (Interdisciplinary): This programme encourages students with degrees in the social sciences, humanities, engineering, medicine, or any other interdisciplinary field to apply. It provides an opportunity for candidates to contribute to the academic field in their chosen areas of study.
