Safejob offers vocational online training amid COVID 19 outbreak; enables free access to students from rural India

Safeducate, India’s largest training, skilling and consulting firm is making its personalised job readiness and placement platform, Safejob available to all students in rural India amid the nationwide shutdown. Over 1600 students are logging in to the free webinar every day from their villages to access training modules in multiple vernacular languages.

The webinar offered by Safejob covers topics like ‘Skills you need to be a great HR’, ‘Future of skills in logistics’, ‘Tips to improve communication skills’, ‘Personalised learning and AI’, ‘How to create great resumes’, ‘Time waste or invest during lockdown’, ‘Strategic human resource management’, ‘Current trend in logistics’, ‘How to figure out your personality’, ‘Planning for your life after college’ and more. It intends to continue guiding the rural youth in times of global crisis so that they can succeed in securing their dream jobs once the situation is under control.

Divya Jain, Founder, and CEO of Safeducate said, “We have nearly 5500 students who were coming to our 150 Safeducate centers from across the country. We had to send them back home after the situation of this pandemic became worse because obviously safety comes first. However, we will not let this lockdown interfere with their learning. Being a socially responsible startup, Safejob will ensure that students are receiving all sorts of vocational training and assistance to become job-ready and secure one in the present scenario where many industries are on a job-cut spree.”

Developed by some of the best minds from IIT, Cambridge and Stanford, Safejob aims to solve the job readiness and placement challenges faced by Indian youth. It’s A.I. based platform has been designed to understand individual requirements and provide a personalised experience to every candidate, giving them a chance to become a contributing member of the workforce and the country’s economy, which is currently at stake due to the global COVID 19 pandemic.
