In view of shortage of teaching staff, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan will release a notification shortly to recruit more than 6000 teachers, said Prakash Javadekar at the inauguration of Kendriya Vidyalaya at Shahdara.

Addressing the occasion, the minister said that the government is working actively on providing quality education to students, as it believes that only a proper and quality education has the potential of developing a good citizen with strong character.
