An off-page extension of our weekly supplement , The Hindu EducationPlus Career Counselling 2014 will be held in 15 centres over three weekends beginning May 18. While the first round of the annual event will be held in Bangalore, Hassan, Hubli, Shimoga, it will travel to KGF, Davanagere, Belgaum, Bidar and Mysore on May 31, and finally conclude in Bellary, Udupi, Tumkur, Bijapur, Gulbaraga and Mangalore on June 1.
Similar to the earlier formats, the nearly two-hour interactive session will have officials from the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) explain the procedures of online counselling and admission that follows the Common Entrance Test (CET). Participants will also have the opportunity to hear from leading academicians, including general education experts, on the various courses and career options available.
